Mr. Joe Castro (Owner) of several businesses (according to him) in the Visalia area. Sentria/KIRBY Vacuum is the one in which was presented to my personal home address. I speak English, a Spanish Sales Receipt was used (I do speak some Spanish, enough to see the 3 Day Cooling Period to Rescind the Offer) in writing up the Purchase Agreement.

I do like the KIRBY vacuum cleaner and shampoo unit. I have NEVER had anything like this happen before. In the pricing, I was 'promised' a 10% Discount for cash/check. I was promised the same for each of the used Vacuums I 'traded in', against the purchase price. It 'should have totaled' around $700.00, to be deducted. Only one vacuum was deducted. Less than 10% credit for the cash/check payment. On the Yellow Customer Copy 'Central Valley', 6525 W. Goshen, Visalia, Ca. On the Biz Card: Joe Castro (Owner) Sentria/Valley Wide LLC; 6525 E. Goshen Ave., Visalia, Ca. 93291.

What is behind door #3?! I called Mr. Castro, left a voicemail, within the first 24-36 hours (well before the 72 hour 'Cooling Off Period' by law). He had a salesman (who was very nice and professional) come out, he changed boxes for the shampooer, gave more shampoo, and attempted to partially address the 'Deductions/Arithmatic' issues. At that time, I had realized the salesman was suffering pressure in his head, headaches, etc. I took some olive oil, annointed him with it, and we prayed. He felt better, and still does!

My only daughter, passed away at 25yrs of age, 2 yrs ago, from a Pulmonary Embolism. Blood clots and aneurisms are very serious business. I was born with spondylolisthesis spina bifida. I heard nothing back from Mr. Castro, until "I" called 'him' today. His receptionist first stated:"He's in a meeting, who's calling". I responded. Joe then 'grabbed the phone' and started railing and screaming over my voice claiming:

"You are NOT disabled. You have no blue placard in your car" ... "You are 'kookoo'. You pray for Daniel for his headache. You are NOT getting anything but $74.00 in check". I was 95% bedfast for 11yrs. I also was diagnosed with: "Adhesive Arachnoiditis", DDD and two protruding discs in my cervical spine'. What does DISABILITY have to do with HONORING YOUR WORD? Honoring a Verbal and or Written Contract /Purchase Agreement'?

I would rather 'pray' for anyone, as to 'curse them, myself and my entire life and eternal destiny, if that is what it is good for.

Mr. Joe Castro 'demanded' that the check be written in: His name.? Is that not possibly 'Mis-appropriation of Funds'?? To have 'several Incorporations', then to have 'Business Transaction Funds' be deposited into a PERSONAL ACCOUNT.(cashed at 'my bank' deposited in 'HIS POCKET')... from what I have read and studied on 'Articles of Incorporation'.. can or may be construed as: 'Co-Mingling Funds' or:

MIS-APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS.... I'm SURE the IRS will look into it further. And I doubt "I" am and have been the 'ONLY VICTIM' of what appears, acts, sounds like and smells like 'dirt'.. or Scam Artist. Mis Representation (would not DREAM of labeling anyone a 'Liar')... That might be a bit 'Kookoo'. Although, Joe claimed: "Kookoo does NOT infer 'insanity, instability' or in other words 'Off One's Rocker'...

Our lives: Are an OPEN BOOK.... Read and seen by all men everywhere. No Joe.. No Sweat. The IRS will 'open' up the books here in this life. The other Books and the Book of Life (for those who pray or who do not).. Shall be opened one day soon for all. Now... that is an AUDIT!

Am I bitter? No! Am I stunned? A bit. Perhaps a bit saddened. That 'human beings' can 'label and call others' names, 'weak minded', or 'feeble minded' or 'One Flew Over the Coocoo's Nest'.. And they do not even 'believe' nor 'hear' their very own words, nor understand the 'depth of deception' they are living in, dragging others in with them.

He apparently owns a few Businesses in this area. Electric Repair. Kirby Vacuum, etc. Too many 'irons in the fire'... Someone 'eventually'....

Always gets BURNED...

Don't let it be you! I've filed with the BBB, with Codes and Ethics Investigation for SENTRIA/KIRBY, and well.. The Internal Revenue Service can 'review' whatever 'personal account' (his pocket) my check cashed at my bank..  PRESTO!! CLINK!... SLAM!!.... "LIGHTS OUT"....

Food For Thought! BEWARE! It says WOLVES come in Sheep's clothing. This one however, has no shame, nor conscience enough... To even be a bit 'discreet'. The THIEF comes but to STEAL, KILL, DESTROY.

Regarding the customer complaint which was handled in a timely manner.  Customer called in with questions regarding his purchase price of a sentria vacuum. The customer was calling in asking for supplies which were not specified on the contract. The sales rep was sent out to the customer's home to fix any problems which have arrived by consumer. The customer was  complaining of stains that were in the customers carpet. We offer a room at no charge done by the rep at the time of presentation.

The customer forgets to mention that he asked the rep to do a couple of other rooms, which were done free of charge. People tend to forget the good deeds we sometimes do for customers. The thing that gets me is if I or my company were out to RIP OFF people there should be a couple more negative post out by other customers about us. We represent a great american product that has been around for almost 100 years. The Kirby company has a great reputation as well as Valley Wide. We serve the nation and and our communities around us.

WE are proud working people,regarding the manner that I collect payment it's CASH,CHECK or FINANCE. People do tend to write bad checks,so if I choose to ask customers to pay in full and make the check payable to ME, who I am the owner.  Please tell me if that's a crime? By the way if we were such awful people why did the customer agree to Keep the product? He still is a very proud owner of a KIRBY SENTRIA VACUUM and I thank him for that, we sell over 100 units a month and I again  can't stress the fact we can't please everyone. Thanks for reading.
