John Beck Amazing Profits, LLC Mentoring of America, LLC Swindled, lied to , and bullied by this company. I have a written and signed contract promising me 100% money back gaurantee, but am still getting the run-around after several years. This unethical Van Nuys, California

I got started with the John Beck Free and Clear Real Estate system several years ago.  Upon first signing up, I signed a contract provided to me by this company, that if I didn't recoup 100% of the money I put down, then they would refund me 100% of my costs.  I went through all the "coaching" sessions, and began my enterprise. 

I worked diligently on the process, but after countless efforts, and sinking a large sum of additional money into this task, I had not recouped my money.  At this point, I called the company's hotline, and requested the refund promised to me at the beggining of this process.  From this point on, I have been met with nothing but hostility, bullying, lying, and double-talk. 

I have been given numerous excuses and reasons why they claim they will not refund me my money.  Their reason why has changed over the years.  Furthermore, everytime I call, they tell me that "according to their records, I haven't called them to try to settle this in over a year."  I am at my wits end, and wish this could get resolved.
