Just Speaking The Truth. John Beck's Programs Are Scams.

AUTHOR: Reid - (U.S.A.)

Hey there Everyone,

I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirits and health.

This rebuttal has been posted to demonstrate just how dumb employees of credit card institutions can be, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, etc, etc.

1. These retardos continuously authorize charges in which they already know are of a fraudulent nature.

2. While they're already aware of the amount of unacknowledged and unresolved complaints a fraudulent company has against it, they insist, that their cardholders contact the fraudulent company directly and attempt to obtain a refund.

"Work at home programs" are all scams and credit card companies know it! Dumb as f%ck!ng rocks are we?

There are no legitimate businesses hiring people to work out of their homes. Businesses claiming to do so are fraudulent and are earning huge profits on the bogus materials they shovel.

1. Has Macy's ever charged their employees to be included on their payroll?

2. Has Red Lobster ever charged their employees for their "how to" manuals and company guidelines?

Realize that businesses that claim to contract work out to homeworkers to save on overhead is full of $h!t!

They are totally unwilling and unable to prove and disclose the success rate of their program. They are scams!

Same goes for anyone and everyone shoveling "wealth building" information via fraudulent Infomercials. These "moneymaking" programs are all scams!

Notice how the "earning potential" of bogus programs are often printed in bold letters and are repeadedly shown for prolonged periods, while any and all disclaimers are often hidden in really fine print, blurried, and is often just a mere flash on your screen?

Businesses that use PAID Infomercials which include much fine print, unproven success claims, unidentified and unproven testimonials, unproven earning potential have a really good reason for doing so. Scams!

There's no business selling legitimate "wealth building" knowlegdge to total strangers and that's NOT just a matter of opinion.

There would be absolutely nothing to gain for successful businesses to do so. Absolutely no ryme, reason, incentive or benefit.

Until next time, take care Everyone cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.

To Mike Evans from the fraudulent John Beck team:

I just started a new "mentoring" program and thought you may be interested. I offer telephone "mentoring" as well as "website training". Go to justsaynotoincest.com for full details. LOL.

Some precedent for your plights . . .

AUTHOR: Timothy - (U.S.A.)

We have been discussing for some time now what I would refer to as "distribution of risk." Specifically, whether we realize it or not, we are discussing where liability for JB's fraud should ultimately lie, should it not lie with JB himself: the consumer or the credit card company?

Sida A of this discussion (not the side I have taken): Credit card companies knowingly allow payments to known perpetrators of fraud, and a re in a position to prevent a rip-off transaction. Should they let such a payment go through, they should be held accountable if the consumer cannot recover from the fraud. This is a good argument, with many valid supporting arguments. For reasons discussed below, this is not my stance.

Side B of this discussion (the side I have taken): It may be true that the credit card company knowingly allows such questionable charges but, for several policy based and constitutional reasons detailed previously, I dont think that they should bear the ultimate risk of loss.

Recently, credit card companies, in cooperation with government authorities, have begun denying certain frequently occuring transactions. Namely, credit card companies (not all of them) are preventing payments to online gambling websites and online tobacco stores. These acts do not, however, have the intended purpose of protecting the consumer. Rather, they are an attempt to curtail criminal tax evasion.

Nonetheless, these choices represent an acknowledgement of cognition of the nature of certain transactions. And, knowing how business and the law interact, I would speculate that these moves are liability aversions, which means that the government has evinced a willingness to take action against credit card companies that permit illegal transactions.

Count this as one more bullet in your chamber, Reid.

No Cancellation Letter Required. The John Beck Mentoring Institute Is Not A Legitimate Business.

AUTHOR: Reid - (U.S.A.)

Hey there Sadie, Al along with Everyone else,

I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirits and health.

If you have already sent a cancellation letter to the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute, that's find, however, I think it's a very bad idea to so.

This company and it's mentoring service is a sham and any cancellation letters it receives will only be passed around the office and laughed at by a bunch of imbreeds.

Go to infomercialscams.com and read what Nick (a former employee of the fraudulent company) had to say about the fraudulent John Beck team.

The imbreeds at the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute will only attempt to discourage you from cancelling, by giving you the runaround.

The best things I can suggest to the both of you from experience are:

1. Cut off all contact with this fraudulent company, unless instructed otherwise, by your credit card company. Notify them regarding your dispute, and let them know, that any correspondance from here on out should be taken up with your credit card company.

Notify them, that they are not to contact you via telephone, e-mail, etc, etc regarding this matter. Notify them, that any unauthorized contact will result in a harrasment claim with the Federal Nuisance Bureau, FBI, Attorney General, FTC, etc, etc.

2. Send a detailed letter to your credit card company's dispute department and let them take care of the investigation. Be as descriptive about the deception and fraud as possible and be sure to follow up. Keep detailed records of all correspondance.

3. Kick back and let your credit card company's dispute department handle it from here. That's what they're trained to do.

Until next time, take care of yourselves cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.

I Am A Nice Guy.

AUTHOR: Reid - (U.S.A.)

Hey there Sadie,

I hope that this message finds you in good spirits and health.

SADIE: Hello Reid,

I am not an ex employee of John Beck's company nor would I ever work for them. I have explained to you why I asked for you to email me and even told you that I didnt nedd you to do that any longer.

REID: I know. I already apologized for that, but rebuttals sometimes take awhile to get posted. I sometimes get a little sarcastic when put in awkward situations.

SADIE: I am and always have been sincere and do not wish to play any games with you. I dont know why you are attacking me when all I did was ask for help. I wish I could respond sooner but I cant help how long it takes for the responce to get posted.

REID: I have phoned the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute and have been told that "Sadie no longer works here" which possibly implies, that a Sadie once had. I apologize for assuming that it was you.

I am not attacking you, if you are referring to my discussion like rebuttals. I do this to make my rebuttals a more interesting read.

SADIE: I thought you were a nice guy that would be able to help me with the letter that I sent to John Beck's company. You seem to know quite a bit about them.

REID: I am a nice guy and I hope that you will forgive me and continue to think so. About the letter you intended to send to John Beck, I wouldn't send them a letter if I were you.

You should cut off all ties with the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute and only correspond with your credit card company. The dispute between yourself and the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute now lays in the hands of your credit card company's dispute department.

SADIE: Thank you anyway ,

REID: Hope that you can still confide in me. We need to stick together, if we're to successfully knock down this fraudulent operation.

Until next time, take care Sadie cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.

Website Training Now? I Have Never Laughed So Hard In My Entire Life.

AUTHOR: Reid - (U.S.A.)

Hey there Everyone,

I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirits and health.

SADIE: Hi eveyone,

REID: Hello there Sadie.

SADIE: Thank you for your responce. I do understand why you prefered not to email me. I no longer need you to do that. I am now willing to talk here.

REID: That's wonderful. Please understand, that I felt a little uneasy regarding the urgency to
e-mail someone whom I've never been introduced to.

SADIE: Let me tell you why I didnt want to before.

My husband and I also fell for the scam of John Beck Amazing Profits. I bought the "Free and Clear" information off the infomercial. After receiving the information and trying to figure it out I got a call from the mentoring program. His name was JP. He said that they could coach my husband and I to use these tools (that John Beck invented) to purchase homes. And all they ask in return is that after we finish with the program that we do an infomercial for them.

REID: Hmmmm... slightly different sales pitch for the same bogus scam. You should have told JP to take the "tools" and shove it way up there.

One things for sure however, the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute can certainly use an updated infomercial.

SADIE: He said we would be asked a few questions to determine if we qualified to fill a seat on there sucesses team. He said that there are a limited number of seats and that they are filled quickly.

REID: Yeeeah real quickly! Just look how quickly the unacknowledged and unresolve reports are mounting.

SADIE: So my husband and I spoke with him and answered his questions. He then said that he thought we were goog canidates to fill the seat in Idaho. BUT that we need to make three promises to him first. 1. Time - promise to devote atleast 10 hrs per week 2. Knolegde - promise to be willing to learn from there EXPERT 3. Money - promise to purchase property and EDUCATION.

REID: 1. Time - promise to devote at least 10 hrs per week. FALSE! I had been willing to devote 40-50 hrs per week in order to make $10,000.00-$15,000.00 a month as so fraudulently claimed by Mike Evans. 2. Knowledge - promise to be willing to learn from the EXPERT. FALSE! The "mentors" at the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute are not "experts" in Real Estate. My frigin' "coach" knew jack $h!t about Real Estate. The only thing the so called "experts" are trained in is stalling time in hopes that ones right to dispute the fraudulent charge expires. 3. Money - promise to purchase property and EDUCATION. FALSE! Why would anyone in their right mind blindly purchase properties?

SADIE: When I asked him what he meant by EDUCATION he said "Oh, LATER they want you to subscribe to there web site for 29.99 per month, but you dont have to". So we agreed and he said that we would now that to talk with the Idaho team Director, Ken Dickerson, and he just happen to have an appointment available in 30 minutes and he would be giving us a call.

REID: HA HA HA! I AM LAUGHING MY F%CK!NG A$$ OFF! You mean to tell me, that these imbreeds have changed their fraudulent telephone "mentoring" to fraudulent webside training? Same old scam, just different EDUCATION? LMAO.

SADIE: Well 30 minutes later JP called back and said that Mr Dickerson is stuck on a phone call but he talked to the National Director, Jeff Garfeild, and that he would be the one speaking to us and we should fill priveledged because not too many people get to speak to the "NATIONAL DIRECTOR".

REID: Not too many people get to speak to me, but I wouldn't go as far as to consider them priviledged. LMAO. I guess the "NATIONAL DIRECTOR" of the John Beck scam is definitely special, it's not everday that people are able to meet a "result of incest" up and close. LMAO.

SADIE: So Mr Garfeild call and after telling us almost everthing that JP had told us he said that we would needed to make a small investmentof 2150.00. But that we would have a 5 sesion warrenty. That if we havent made our money back (and he was posotive that we would make well more that that)that they would keep coaching us untill we did.

REID: Full of $h!t!

SADIE: Mr Garfeild said that they require a 250.00 deposit to hold the seat. I told him that we are a young family with 5 children and were in debit with our credit cards and didnt have that much available at this time. He then asked if we had 200.00 available then 150.00. I finally said yes we could put a deposit down of 150.00. He put us on hold to take care of this transaction. But when he came back he then informed us that we only had 100.00 avalable and that he wasnt supossed to but he would do it this one time just for US.

REID: Wouldn't it be great if managers of luxury automobile dealerships freely gave the customers 60% off their inventory? What about Play Station
games?

John Beck's website training is definitely a scam! What a joke! Looks like John Beck's fraudulent telephone "mentoring" sales inevidibly slowed down, due to the word getting out and now these pus heads are perpetuating yet a different version of the same scam.

Seems like they couldn't compete with my telephone masturbation "mentoring." LMAO and ROF.

SADIE: He then informed us that we would have to go to our bank on Monday and get a casheirs check for 2050.00 and that he would schedule FED EX to come pick it up. He said after they received our tracking number from FED EX that we would then give him a call with the number and he would imediatly send out the detail agreement and when we received it that we would then sign it and fax it back to them and the would send out the tools we would use for our coaching sesions.

REID: Take the "tools" and shove it up their mamas!

SADIE: After agreeing to this he then said that we would have to talk to someone and tell her all our information again and that he didnt promise us anything. We did this and after getting off the phone with him I immediatly realized what i had done and tried to call them back but conveniently there was no answer. Not even an answering machine.

REID: Runaround?

SADIE: I decided I would not send a check to them on Monday. That instead of sending a check I would send a cancelation letter.

REID: Very good! You go girl!

SADIE: I then got on the internet and found alot of websites that talking about the scam. I came across this one and read alot of them and thought I would ask you about what I should say in this letter. But i didnt want to say what I was doing yet on here because I was afraid they would read it and cancel FED EX.

REID: You don't have much to worry about these brazen crooks. There isn't much, that they can do except give you a hard time obtaining a refund.

SADIE: Any way FED EX did show up yesterday and I gave him the envelope with my cancelation letter and they should receive it today.

REID: Website training??? I still can't get over it! LMAO. Well at least I'll have something new to write about for a change. LOL. It was starting to get a little manotonous.

SADIE: Thank you for thinking of me and let me know what you think.

REID: Thank you Sadie, for warning the public regarding the change in John Beck's curriculum. LOL.

Until next time, take care Everyone cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.

Hey there Everyone,

I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirits and health.

My apologies to Sadie, for asking her who she was bending over for. Understand, that she has put in a very delicate situation.

I am one who has nothing to hide and would never bad mouth a person or business, unless I was willing to so in the public eye.

That's why it's so important for me to someday meet Mike Evans in person. To prove to him, that the program he's peddling is fraudulent and also to introduce the inside of his face to the inside of the back of his head.

Once again, please except my apologies Sadie for jumping the gun and being rude.

Hey there Everyone,

WARNING: Disregard any and all claims made by John Beck and his fraudulent Mentoring Institute. His Real Estate programs are scams!

Tuesday
March 15, 2005

I continuously phoned John Beck's office from various locations, only to get an answering machine with two different messages. One message claimed to be the "office of John Beck", while the other claimed to be "Freedom Fullfillment."

Upon further investigation I have found, that Sadie may have very well been employed by this bogus employer. The woman who answered the phone inadvertantly stated, that "Sadie no longer works hear", which would imply, that Sadie once worked for that fraudulent company.

So Sadie I ask you for the last time, what is it that you needed to ask me so urgently and discreetly? I am more than willing to assist anyone who is sincerely in need of it, however, I am not one to play f%ck!ng games.

I am also very willing to meet Mike Evans (homo) in person, so that I can introduce his face to the concrete.

The only places where I would agree to meet these imbreeds are in a courtroom, or in a dark alley.

If it's class action you're interested in, or information on the best ways of obtaining a refund from the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute, feel free to post them through a rebuttal, or request that the EDitor get ahold of me.

Sadie, please respond to this rebuttal even if just to say high and also to let us know how you're doing.

If I don't get a response, I will have to assume, that you are doing alright. So please respond to this rebuttal, because I would hate to think that you were only interested in obtaining my email address for the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute.

Until next time, take care Sadie cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.

John Beck's Real Estate Programs Are Fraudulent.

AUTHOR: Reid - (U.S.A.)

Hey there Everyone,

I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirits and health.

WARNING: If you to have fallen victim to John Beck's mentoring scam, or any other one of the many "mentoring" scams, be sure to contact your credit card company immediately and distpute the charge(s).

It is extremely imparative that you remain pro active and continue to stay on top of the situation. The more time you allow to slip away, the lesser your options to recover your money.

A credit card dispute is the best chance one has to prove he or she has been scammed.

Disputes are open forums where both the victim and fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Insititute have an equal, unbiased, open & leveled playing field to present their cases and have them decided by an intermediary.

NO LEGITIMATE BUSINESS WHICH HAD NOTHING TO HIDE WOULD EVER BYPASS THE OPPORTUNITY TO PROVE THEIR LEGITIMACY IN THE PUBLIC EYE AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU.

Until next time, take care Everyone cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.

Give Up Now & You Can Kiss Your Money Goodbye.

AUTHOR: Reid - (U.S.A.)

Hey there Eddie,

I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirits and health.

You may have lost your money for good. The window in which to dispute the fraudulent charges may have very well expired due to lack of action, responses or activities.

Your initial rip off report had been posted some time in October, since then, have you contacted your local Attorney General? Consumer Protection? FTC? FBI?

If you haven't yet contacted the agencies listed above, I suggest you do so immediately, or you can forget the investment you've surrendered to the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute.

It's imparative that you remain pro active and continue to stay on top of the situation. The more time you allow to slip away, the less chances you have of ever recovering your investment.

If I were you, I would not give up with your credit card company just yet. Much of the blame for you being in this situation in the first place has to do with these unloyal bastards authorizing charges in which they already knew were fraudulent.

Following the suggestion on "How To Get Your Money Back Into Your Account", posted by the EDitor is probably your best option at this point. If this fails to work, your last option may be to seek an attorney. Good Luck to you!

Until next time, take care Eddie cause I care Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.

WARNING: John Beck's Programs Are Scams! Not Just An Opinion!

AUTHOR: Reid - (U.S.A.)

Hey there Everyone,

I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirits and health.

WARNING:

To say that John Beck's programs are a rip-off is a huge understatement. John Beck's Free and Clear Real Estate System, Amazing profit's, and his "mentoring" are nothing but scams. Definitely not just an opinion!

The fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute attempted to extort money from me about a year ago, and now just as I have promised, am still around to warn the general public.

$9.8 million dollars is what it will now cost this fraudulent company to make me go away. Not a bribe, pay off, or attempt to blackmail. Simply money that's owed to me.

Everything from John Beck's fraudulent Infomercial, materials, "mentoring", seminars, etc, etc, are all scams. I have proved it through a credit card dispute, thus gives me the right to warn the general public and brag about my successful dispute.

I don't give a rat's dodo hole about credit card companies insisting on "sugar coating" such matters.

I successfully won a "quality of service" dispute according to my credit card company, but it in reality, boils down to fraud on the part of John Beck's team of imbreeds, and aiding and abetting on the part of my credit card company.

"Sugar coat" it and title disputes anything you want, but what credit card companies refer to as "quality of service" is nothing short of fraudulent, unless proven otherwise.

The fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute, had been totally unable to prove anything, that I have submitted on my behalf, false or to the contrary. Fraudulent!

Until next time, take care Everyone cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.

P.S. Any attornies or members of media, that may be interested in uncovering the "mentoring" scam, please feel free to contact me through the rebuttal box.

I would be more than happy to be a part of the investigation and assist in the uncovering of the scam. In the public eye of course. LOL

WARNING: Don't Take The Bait!

AUTHOR: Reid - (U.S.A.)

Hey there Eddie along with Everyone else,

I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirits and health.

The John Beck Free and Clear program, his fraudulent "mentoring", and the many other programs like his are all scams.

Money making Infomercials, "free seminars", magazine advertisements, newspaper classifieds, etc, etc, are all just in the business of selling "information".

The vast majority of "work at home" businesses, are really only interested in establishing a large amount of people to advertise for them. Legitimate "work at home" businesses NEVER charge fees for enrollement.

I'll say it again, legitimate "work at home" businesses NEVER charge fees for enrollement. Why would they? It makes no sense! You would be working for that company! It would be like someone paying a company to be hired and placed on a company's payroll.

This proves, that the majority of "work at home" opportunities are selling nothing but "information" and are seeking "ad placers" for heavy foot traffic in the process.

These Real Estate courses/Infomercials/"mentoring"/"gurus"/"free
seminars" are no different, and often take their victims for much longer rides.

These "mentoring" programs are just credit card lure and trap schemes, that are designed to jack people gullible enough to fall for the fraudulent Infomercials.

Take notice of the many unacknowledged and unresolved complaints and reports against John Beck and many other "guru"s. No legitimate business would ever allow this many complaints and reports against it, to go unacknowledged and unresolved.

Also, take notice of how John Beck's fraudulent program, and the many other fraudulent "mentoring" programs seem to cost whatever amount of available credit one has on his or her credit card. Yeeeeah!!

If conducting business in this manner is considered legit, that means, I should be able to own that brand new Ferrari for about $6,400.00! I think I'll just up my line of credit a bit, and go for that new home, that I've always wanted. LOL.

Businesses that base their cost on ones available credit are nothing but scams. Contracts that are heavily filled with clauses is yet another means of determining, whether or not a business and their offer is legitimate, or nothing more than a credit card lure and trap scheme.

A two-three day right to cancel is a really good indication of a scam, especially if someone adamantly emphasizes it, while trying to close a sale. If one takes the bait, they will later find out immediately thereafter, just how difficult it is to reach the company for the next couple of days.

In short, DON'T EVER mistake a two-three day right to cancel for a guarantee, but instead head the possibility, that there's a great chance that the company and their offer is smelly.

Free seminars? These "free seminars" are just invites to "sell" people on workshops, materials for profit, or "mentoring". The food normally sucks at these "free seminars", so I don't attend as many as I used to.

WARNING: "Free seminars" never travel without an enormous amount of shills that follow.

Legitimate businesses, that have nothing to hide conduct all business in a straight forward manner, and would definitely have no problem coming out in the public eye, to lay it out in the open.

If these Real Estate courses/Infomercials/"mentoring"/"gurus"/"free
seminars" were half as good as these company's would have you believe, they would have no problem paying their student's on a contingency win/win basis.

But I guess we'll never see that ever happening, or at least, NEVER have before in the future.

Until next time, take care Eddie along with Everyone else cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.

P.S. Eddie, Dispute the charges immediately and do not hesitate to post any questions or concerns. I will respond to your posts as soon as time permits. Keep in touch.
