Where does one begin when they think there is pie in the sky being sold. I was going through so many health issues and was contacted by a person after I bought into the $39.95 PROGRAM FREE AND CLEAR. Over the next few days a very skilled talker on the phone said I would be a perfect person because of all my sales background to be a TV spokesperson. The next day a man named Steve called me interviewed me and said, " You have everything we look for in a person to be on TV. I believe you will be a success and we only promote people willing to invest in their future. After all no investment on my part shows no faith in my own ability to be successful. For the next few days this man called and was very supportive. My partner and I were in Vegas on a get away and trying to take my mind off of health problems. He said it would be only $18k TO GET STARTED. But that I would have a coach and someone to mentor and teach me the way. Steve even went so far as to tell me he would allow me to get started for 12K and get my company started. He even told me that he would refund 100% of the money if I did not buy a home.

I decided it sounded too good to be true and it was. Before long I had someone else call me and said I needed to set up an LLC- that cost me $2225 and $59 a month to set up in NV. Then came the call from another man about financial planning and buying land with retirement money. That cost me $29  a month to help me set up and before long this man told me I could get 4 plots of land for $1995 each in Colorado City. John BECK bought all this land worth 10k EACH and was wiling to set me up and use my IRA acct. That was $7900 and then comes $383 a year for Trust fund managing. Do I show the title on my land? No two years later the Trust Co Preferred Trust company of Utah or CO is still playing let me help you loose your money. I wanted to take out the land documents and set them up with someone else- but they said it will be $283 to transfer.

Back to the mentor man- What a loser and a person with attitude. I was supposed to receive for my $12K 10 lessons each consisting of 30 minutes to show me the ropes. Most of the time I got 15-20 minutes- go to this web site and there and start learning. The man that was my mentor was no mentor, he was a bully and did not want to answer questions but knew how to change the subject. I asked for another person and was refused. After 8 months I was $20k IN THE WHOLE and still have $17k IN CREDIT CARD debt.

Finally I cut off the $59 per month after a year, the $29 after 10 months, but still have Preferred Trust playing games with my money and land.

I am not a stupid person and have been a successful career woman of over 20 years, but since then I have lost my own home due to job loss, my debt to pay back and I still after over 2 years and strapped with owing.

My opinion about the whole set ups is Bait and Switch. Then it came near the 10 months, I called Steve to get my money refunded and was told that since I did but land from another company the refund is void. What a Rip Off.
