John Biringham-agent NCE group Phone call used the Affordable Healtcare Act to get my attention. Agent (John Biringham) indicated insurance was a 70/30 plan. He indicated plan would be 250/per month which I could afford. He misrepresented the kind of policy it is. I am not interested in a discount plan. Washington, DC Washington

1/30/14. Received call at home . Phone said Affordable Health Care which got my attention.
I spoke with a woman who transferred me to a John Biringham (800-688-1507). He said he was an insurance agent.
He expalined the plan in glowing terms. Thus, I paid him the money.
However, a week later I got the feeling that this may not have been a good Idea.
Thus, I looked on website and found out that this plan is a ripfoff. I am angry as he--> Dorothy, Virginia Beach, Va.
