John told me to try a comp. class.  His next email said, "try a "mexican" boxing gym downtown."  when i asked about him telling me to go to a "mexican" gym, he called me a "d****ebag" on email.  I went to try his free class.  He had students kicking dangerously with wrong kick technique on a bag which can easily injure knee.  He doesn't know how to kick himself.  He was singing nicki minaj music while students were doing abs.  while students continued to do abs, he said he wants to "f*** nicki minaj.  He said he will oil himelf up and throw a twinkie so he can bang nicki minaj in the back of her pink lamborghini.  while he was helping a asian lady wrap her knuckles, he said, "this lady is busy all week, but she calls me a "p***y."  (other female students/husbands wives in gym).  He continued to describe the sex he wants to have with nicki minaj while he made students do ab work and showed how fast he could hit speed bag with his back turned to class.  what a joke.  this is not a professional martial arts/fitness or boxing instructor.  he had low back exercises with incorrect form, weight over knees which could damage knees and had class do this for about 1 minute straight.  john is about 375 lbs and morbidly obese in his body and fitness.
