I don't believe that this company is a scam. However; I do find it extremely mis-leading as they do portray themselves a casting center for auditions of up and coming shows/movies/etc. (thus the need for "auditions" and "call-backs"). It is a school. Should they come out and say that, probably. But it's very misleading to people and can be frustrating to the families who has brought their child in thinking that they will have an opportunity to be cast in a movie/tv program when this is never the intention of the company. JC is not in any way an agency (which is what you should be looking into for acting for your child). They are a school. Should they probably say that up-front sure. But I saw the hostile comments from their school's representative and I personally would not want to have any association with their school based on their response. You are entitled to express your frustration, however, by calling us a "scam" it is considered "defamation", which is a statement implied to be factual that may give our business a negative image.
