If you do a lease purchase with this company you will be wasting your time they will charge you for everything you pay all there bills. You will be an employee. They lead you to believe your an owner operator and that its no forced dispatch. I dare you to turn down a load. they treat you in orientation like your a child its obvious in orientation your an employee you will not go home for home time as agreed on with recruiting. They dont answer the phones, they are lazy clock watchers just there to collect your money You make for them. Laura Watkins third party liaison is all about jct shes there to shut you up and runs straight to management that your complaining shes one of the rudest people there and once you meet Kim Fitzgerald you will be ready to walk.  They are just rude people in general they all act like they hate there jobs. The shop has a couple decent people working there but Royce, the person that runs the shop runs off more drivers then anyone. Extremely Arrogant!! He will talk down to you.

They force you to there shop for maintenance when your paying for it you can get a better deal somewhere else, they tell you if there is something wrong with your truck after orientation the will pay repairs for the first thirty days a flat out lie. as soon as you sign the lease its all on you. most of the trucks are broken and not ready for dispatch. you go in the hole before you ever haul a load .most people only make it a couple weeks. they are evading taxes. i've estimated they make around 3 million dollars per truck per its fleet life for the trucks they sell repeataly in payments and revenue from loads hauled. trucking is a 70 hour in 8 day work week you'll be lucky to take home 600 dollars a week if that even and only expect that a couple times a month if at all .they bury you so deep in repairs its unlikely you will ever get the title to the truck after a 4 year lease there claim of 1250 a week what a joke. you will do everything they tell you to do and you wont ever get close to making that you can expect. to spend to spend your 10 hour break sitting at shippers and receivers they have ripped off so many people. you are in danger in a jct truck of being injured or possibly killed. they allow only a few to succeed so they can claim some success or they would be shut down. they claim they dont like liars there operation is one big lie. there in the ripoff driver business the freights just a way to do it.

 if you have a payroll issue forget about being able to contact anyone. you can call and call .payroll will never talk to you. its a tough sh*t attitude around there .they do not want you calling them they insist you do everything through the calcomm. i called there one day dispatch answered the phone i gave my name and truck number and was told no i was only my truck number after being in the trucking since the early 80s i couldn't believe what i was seeing. mr John Christner Had the best reputation in the trucking business as a driver friendly company out for his fellow drivers .what a disappointment to see that after all his hard work his name has been drug through the mud like this. he really needs to clean house but i cant say bad about everyone there. there where a few good people there sheila bane, Tina in logs , mike was good to me, tim sally is a little hard to deal with at first but turned out to be decent,

please drivers dont waste your time with this company .I spent my time writing this to try to protect you from this happening to you heed my warning i could go on and on this company is a scammer
