Recently on 06/12/2008 he was Disciplined and placed on Probation by the California State Bar Association under Case No. 06-O-11921.
I am a tenant who paid rent in advance (July2007 - thru Jul 2010). The Landlord notified me in the spring of this year Mar2008 that he was no longer planning to pay the mortgage. I discovered trustee sale on this property scheduled for 10/16/08 Thursday.
9/18/08 dated-3d notice by "FastEvictions" with falsified rents due.
9/26/08 dated -Unlawful detainer with Forged lease signature. I received from court documents)
9/07/08 dated notice to vacate (received from court)
falsified proof of (personal) service signed by
"Bill Curran" POB 1041 Colton, Ca 92324 ph 909-889-2000
9/26/08 dtd 8:12 am Friday
We shall gain satisfactory from the Ca, Bar Court.
John has not rehabilitated, his present fitness to practice is not an option.
