John Fouster Or John Fou - Jiong Fu Of 180 LLC SLUM LANDLORD - REFUSES TO RETURN DEPOSIT Clayton Missouri

John Fou, John Fouster or Jiong Fu depending on which day you talk to him, has manipulated me since I moved into one of his properties January 17, 2008.
He promised to make repairs to the house he rented me, but didn't until I went to the occupancy office of University City and obtained a list of the violations. I had to threaten to take him to court and I withheld the rent for three months just to get 5 out of ten things on my list accomplished. He promised to move my washer hookup to the sunroom from the basement because he did not want to move the 220 electrical hookup. for a year and 3 months I drug wet clothes from the basement to the second repairs. Everytime I told him of necessary repairs, he always said,"Have your son do it, I don't have the money," or "I'll have one of my employees bring some tools, it's no big deal, your son can fix it." Besides the broken promises of cosmetics to the house I rented from him - he gave me a spray bottle of paint remover to get patches of paint off the hardwood floors (not fresh paint either, it had been there for years). I got up what I could, and placed area rugs over the rest. Now he's saying I can't get my deposit back because of the paint on the floor. He says he has to repaint the whole house (wear & tear) because the next renter gets section 8 assistance. He has promised to show me receipts of necessary repairs, supposedly my responsibilty, but hasn't. Needless to say I am taking him to court. Don't get ripped off, too! Beware he owns property all over St.Louis, and in Georgia. He runs Edynamic, Inc. also.
