We bought an RV from them as we are on an extended break from the UK. We paid cash and were promised everything would be sorted out and detailed, after admitting to them we knew very little about RVs’ in general. Promises don’t seem to go too far with them as we have loads of trouble and no callbacks or emails to date.

Even when I mentioned the tires that were 14 years old, previously being told they were safe and had plenty of life left in them. They still let me and my family drive off 2 days before Christmas in it. I was told later when I complained, they state on their Ebay deals about the tires! Well the simple answer to that is, this was not an Ebay deal, and we paid what was asked for the RV. Being lied to that it would be made road worthy and safe for us all to travel in. I have since found out that selling a vehicle in Florida with faulty tires is illegal.

So far we have had to replace the toilet, which had been leaking for some time. A complete set of 6 tires. Will also have to replace the sofa/hide a bed as the one that came with it does not fit. It slopes down to the floor when opened as the legs aren’t long enough, and the mattress is missing. So over Christmas my 2 daughters slept on the floor, and continue to do so.

Keys to the under storage compartments, even though I was told this would be paid for by them on leaving.

We were assured all the tank draining pipes were new and in order. They were not.  So why was the doughnut and 90 degree bend missing? This we found out later is State requirement in Florida, so why didn’t they know if they sell RVs’ and the guy that told us all about them drives one himself?

Detailing? Not sure what they mean but when we looked around it later nothing had been cleaned or fixed. They even had to sellotape the temporary license tag on as the holder was broke, just to get us off the site.

Staying with the tag, they contacted us several weeks later to say they had the wrong address for us. ‘PO Box’ had been added to the start of it, so no wonder. We then had to take our passports in, a month later, after the old tag had run out, just to be told they sent us an email we never got.

When I asked on out first visit to the garage, and was laughed at, ‘does everything work OK’ and the reply came, ‘where do you come from, of course it works, and if not will be sorted out’. I will leave it to you if feel you can trust them.

Personally I would not trust this seller again, in fact take anything they tell you as a joke.
