plummer and associates////john h. plummer and associates. asked john (jack)plummer for and estimate to survey a lot in virginia.he never gave me a estimate but instead he took it upon his self to preform survey on his own authority.six months later he sends me a bill for large amount of money. and i told him i didn't authorize you to do the work. so after his accountant threatened me to pay.he sued me in court and won he will lie and make up stories as he goes. i have spoken with many people he had done work for and they said they had nothing but problems with this people and they keep moving their business location. inc. in virginia as john h. plummer and associstes inc. ....in maryland as plummer and associates inc. A.K.A. jack plummer surveyor/jh plummer associates/plummer associates inc/jh plummer engineer and surveyor/john h. plummer and associates inc./ect.

I have used John H. Plummer and Associates numerous times over the past 25+ years that they have been in business. He is one of the most honest business people that I have come across. However, he did have two employees that were liars and thieves.
I called Plummer and Associates to complete a property survey in January 2006. The secretary said that Mr. Plummer was out, but Andy Wilkins could help me. I had spoken to Andy over the years, so I was not surprised to speak with him. Mr. Plummer had always spoken highly of Andy.
Andy Wilkins quoted the survey and I hired what I thought was Plummer and Associates to complete the job. The work was never completed, so I called to find out what was wrong. The new secretary said that she did not have any records of my survey and that Mr. Wilkins was no longer an employee of Plummer and Associates. The details were not provided by Mr. Plummer, but he apologized and promised to do the job for free.
I found out later the Andy Wilkins was trying to use Mr. Plummer's name and company for personal gain. I reviewed public records and saw a case that Mr. Plummer filed against Andy Wilkins and Nathan Noble. The case was settled, but the deposition is on record. I reviewed the records. Andy Wilkins and Nathan Noble admitted to quoting surveying jobs since 2004 without Mr. Plummer's knowledge and they had the checks sent directly to them. They have now opened up a firm in Princess Anne, MD known as Wilkins-Noble, LLC.

Your case does not exist based on the information that you have provided. Are you a competitor of Plummer and Associates? Is this Andy Wilkins and Nathan Noble? Why are you trying to smear his name and business with your lies?
