We have determined the identity of the dishonest coward that posted this report. His name will not be divulged (yet) for legal reasons but I reiterate my previous statements that this is blatantly false and competitively motivated.

My wise mother taught us that most criticism is autobiography. And this is a great example of that. Often, I find that the thing or person someone rails against is actually their own insecurities or jealousies. Concentrating on getting better and
rising up rather than trying to bring someone else down is always a better choice.

Hello: This report was brought to my attention by a friend who wanted to alert me of what appears to be nothing more than a clear attempt to damage my good reputation. These blatantly false statements make me wonder how many others are being smeared on this site without any factual proof or support for the claims. It makes me sick to consider that my children could stumble upon this site and be forced to comprehend why someone would say such terrible things about their father. The fact is that I have only served as the CEO and Founder of two start-up companies: Golf Intelligence (2000-2007) and Muve (2008-2009). GI was acquired in 2007 and continues to operate as an industry leader serving customers throughout North America. Muve was Mayo Clinic joint venture that ceased operations in 2010 under the leadership of another CEO, Tom Hudson, due to the company's inability to raise capital. I'd be happy to post contact info for the employees and shareholders of both of these businesses, as I'm sure they'd be more than willing to set the record straight. I am currently working with the team from Mayo on a new project. In addition, I have served as an investor, board member, consultant and/or mentor to several successful start-up and early-stage businesses (2009-2011). To my knowledge, all clients of my venture consulting business, 40 Ventures, are extremely happy with the work and results that I have provided them. I am very thankful to have a large army of friends and supporters that have been earned throughout my life. I have lived and worked in the same community for 40+ years. The Twin Cities is a very small town and my solid reputation in this community speaks for itself. It is good that true networking sites such as LinkedIn and Facebook exist, so that these individual dishonest, malicious reports are over-ruled by the masses.I must assume that the individual who posted this report is motivated by jealousy, sour grapes, or some sort of competitive objective. I openly invite this individual to post any and all facts to support these awful statements -- and I encourage everyone who visits this site to make sure you are aware of the true source and motivations of these anonymous reports before you give them any credit.
