John Moore Services -John Moore LP - John Moore Plumbing Ex Employee spills the beans on this rip off master Houston, Texas

As an ex employee, please don't think this is sour grapes, I left due to the outrageous treatment of their employees.

These technicians are literally starved on a very slim base hourly rate, if they need to clear more than $200 a week, they must do it by commission sales or bonuses.

Many have been out working as much as 60-70 hrs a week, or left to sit at home and do nothing, and not be paid if times are slow. They have an exodus of plumbers and technicians once they get a couple paychecks and realize the lies they have been told at hire. Now they are hiring men that look like they just got out of the penitentiary, its kind of scary.

Don't confuse ARS with this company, its not affiliated, and I certainly don't aim these comments at them, i have never worked for them.

If i needed a repair done at my house, John Moore would be the last place on earth I would call. By the way, this company is not owned by John Moore or any of his family any longer, it was bought out by Don Valentine  who is the acting President of the Houston BBB. So i wouldn't really put any stock in a BBB report on this place.
