John Robert Power is a ripoff don't matter what they say to you! They say that the things that you read online are just people trying to put them out of business, and they actually give you a list of the sites, including this one, and they say that they have lawyers trying to remove these lies from online. But why would people make up lies? I am a victim and everyday I regret loosing $2,000 for nothing. The comany does not train you, they just sit in a small room with a bunch of chairs along side the wall and talk. Then once a week an agent comes and you have to go perform infront of them in another small room and that is it, agents that you never heard of. There are people who have been in the school for years and are still there today, inorder for you to go to Los Angeles, you have to pay for your passage, hotel, and food... and you just come back the same way you left. I remember one student said that she sang as a backup with Britney Spear and she is still at JRP. John R. Power is just for rich people who just want their small children to have a hobby, they will NOT get any where with this company! I learnt the hard way, and I promise if you join this company you will see the same or even worst than me. Those famous actors that they have hung up on their walls, probably did not even go there, because they have no records to prove to you. When you see pictures of the JRP logo in the background of a famous celebrity, it is just to make you feel that the company is not a scam, but that is just their sponsor add just as xxxx advertises for events.
U.S.A. sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company, ..plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome. CLICK here to see why Rip-off Report, as a matter of policy, deleted either a phone number, link or e-mail address from this Report. In this case we removed an alleged competitor's name
