All this guy can do is try and give you the illusion that he has one or two unhappy clients. This man defrauded several reputable Macomb County organizations out of ten of thousands of dollars. The guy got in over his head, which would have been fine had he just admitted what he did. Instead, he decided to steal more, then lie about it.
Within 72 hours he'll have some crazy person or himself claim that this is all just a big rouse. But what the guy did was almost as bad as Kwame. The only difference is, he's in the suburbs and he never got caught. The sad truth is, his own son knew what his dad had done and was forced to alienate himself from the family name. For that young man, how brave.
And what really amuses me, if that this Temrowski character had the option of at least trying to right his wrongs but decided to just screw over all the people that gave him money and believed in his lies just to make MORE money for himself.
Just like the other auther states, do your homework on this character. It's all there, public records and even some newspaper articles but Temrowski has spent thousands of dollars to cover his name us rather than just try and do the right thing.
Last rumor I heard, was that the IRS is investigating him. Let's hope that is true. The IRS isn't afraid of anyone. So good luck with his tactics on them.

Only Kirk Huddleston would go on here and write Nicholas' name over and over and over again like this. Wow Kirk! I didn't think you knew this boys name even!!! Considering in early posts dating back to 2008 YES world he made it clear as to the names of his ex-wifes children. Good one Mr. Huddleston you're real intelligent!!!! Remember the childs name that you have nothing to do with taking care of, you'll be taking another trip to jail over it in the near future and I hardly think waving a check book in the air will do much good lol.

John Temrowski proves to be an idiot

Lisa Huddleston should be absolutely ashamed of herself for having done this to her own child as well as this Temrowski character. This is absolutely disgusting. If justice was really done, John Temrowski would no longer be allowed to practice law and his client, Lisa Huddleston, would have that poor little boy taken away from her. This is just so sad.
If the courts watched the way Lisa has behaved and the attorney, then this would be appalling. And all for a crooked attorney to try and extort money from unsuspecting family. Why Nicholas Huddleston's name was ever put on this disgusting website should be illegal? Child protective services should be notified. Why would you do this to your own son? He will have to live with this his whole life. Our family has always known that both Lisa and her attorney were a little crazy but to involve and use a young innocent boy is just appalling. I hope that this was worth it to the both of you.
No one is getting a check for $120,000 and now I am going to start using this website to let the public know about how this attorney operates. Now I'm mad. There was no evidence presented just an attorney that used some crooked and deceitful games. He won't have anything left by the time I'm done with him. I hope it was worth it for the both of you.
If Mr. Temrowski practiced law as an honest and professional attorney, none of this would have ever happened to him. But most of all, I just feel sorry for this young boy, Nicholas. Shame on you, Lisa, and Mr. Temrowski.

A Macomb County attorney,
John Temrowski, has been wrongfully under attack by an individual named Kirk H****, ****, Walled Lake MI (((phone number redacted))) What is the relationship? Temrowski represented Kirk H****s ex-wife in divorce proceedings in the Macomb County Circuit Court. Obviously, he did too good of a job.
Beginning in November 2010,
Kirk H**** wigged out and began an unwarranted attack against Temrowski to defame his good name, character and reputation. In order to defend himself, Temrowski was left with no alternative but to sue Kirk H**** for defamation of character and false light privacy. Temrowski filed his lawsuit in late 2010.
While the lawsuit was pending, Temrowski proved that each of the negative comments written on the RipOff Report website were in fact published by Kirk H****. Thats right folks, every negative comment you read about Temrowski was published by Kirk H****. He loves to pretend to be other people and will go to any extent to harm the good name and reputation of Temrowski.
If you look at the sequence of the publications, you will note that there is a gap from July 2011 to April 2012 where Kirk H**** didnt publish anything about Temrowski. That is because he hired an attorney who convinced Kirk that he should not be making such false and defamatory statements against an innocent individual. However, when Kirks attorney got fed up with his lies and unseemly behavior, he withdrew from the case and Kirk H**** represented himself. As one of the great leaders of our country said, a person who represents themselves as an attorney has a fool for a client. Kirk H**** proved this to be true.
Kirk H**** became so preoccupied with destroying the good name of Temrowski that he went so far as to stop seeing his son. In fact, H**** hasnt seen his son in two and a half years. The child reports never being happier. Obviously, Kirk H****s role as a father is equal to the role he plays in a civilized society when he abandons his only child and goes to such extent as to wrongfully attack the reputation of a good attorney.
H**** went so far to destroy Temrowskis good name and reputation that he filed a Complaint with the Attorney Grievance Commission. Keeping with his normal character, the Complaint Kirk H**** filed was full of lies. Within a few short weeks, the Attorney Grievance Commission cut through H****s lies like a hot knife going through butter and denied the Complaint and closed the case. Another blow for H****.
On January 29, 2013, Temrowskis defamation case against H**** went to trial. At the one day trial, Temrowski offered evidence that Kirk H**** published each and every one of the negative comments posted about him on this website, that the comments about Temrowski were false, that they were defamatory and that they cast Temrowski in a false light in the public eye. On March 4, 2013, the Court issued an opinion and order and AGREED with Temrowski and awarded him $120,000.00 in damages against Kirk H****. Pull out your checkbook Kirky boy; its time to pay for your lying and deceitful behavior.
