John W. Scherer - Video Professor I ordered a sample demo (6.95+-) and was charged $189.95 which I promptly return for a refund - never got one. Denver, Colorado

I ordered a sample demo for what I thought was to be a charge of about $6.95. When I received my bank statement, the charge was $189.95 and I became over-drawn.
I contacted the company for a return mail authorization and promptly returnd the unused itme for a full refund. While speaking to the phone rep, he asked why I was returning the item. My response wasa that I NEVER ordered it and do not orfer such things over the Internet. That was in January 2010. This issue dropped from my mind until July 2010. Now the phone number does not work.
Does anyone know how to go after these rip-off artists and get our money back?
