John and Amy Teneyck John and Amy Ten eyck Transporter Claims to have lost $13900 Cash and Refuses Repayment after Judgment Lake Havasu City, Arizona

John and Amy Teneyck took $13900 of my cash with instructions to pick up two ATV's in California. One Razr and one Polaris Ranger. John Teneyck said get the money Thursday night because he had to leave early Friday morning. He would bring them back on his car transporter. Oddly enough on Friday he called to say he had not left because he had to meet with his lawyer. Strange, he said he had to have the money Thursday evening.
On Friday night I became nervous about the money and called to aske for it back. His drunken wife Amy called to say she could not get ahold of John because his phone had lost his phone.
Saturday moring the Son of a Bitch calls me and says the money was stolen out of his truck along with his pistol as he was inpecting the brake lights on his truck. He had told me he always locked up any cash in the cab area to make sure it was always secured. Also had told me he carried insurance. He said he had been out all night looking for the bag hoping someone had discarded it and not seen the money. Probably didn't have to look too far!!
The next day he gave me his famous line " I'm Not Going to Fuck You Over". I will get the money back! ( What a crock of shit he is!! And a Chronic Liar). I went to court and got a default judgment against John and Amy Tenecyk for a total now of $17,842. I have received 0 back on my judgment as John and Amy Tenyck have multiple judgment against them. They know how to work the system. I have a collection agency on them but too little avail as John is self employed. John is employed by his father in law at HIR INC.
