After Johnny had to reschedule once for not showing up after waiting over half an hour, he came out on a Saturday to refinish two tubs/walls and our kitchen countertops. He showed up on time and got straight to work, but after an hour or two, he decided it was time to rush through the bathrooms and said that it should be ok, that he would come out and fix the problems if there were any. His website claims that after 4 hours, they are ready to be used but when he was leaving, he told us we should wait at least 48 hours to make sure it is dry. This meant that we were without showers for 2 days and had to go else where, let alone the smell was awful and lingered in the house for three-four days.

He didn't have proper paperwork and left a receipt of payment on a legal sheet of paper handwritten with amount paid and to print the warranty on website. A week later, we noticed he missed a part of the kitchen, the wall in one of the tubs had horrible runs all around and the bottom was very scratchy. In the other bathroom, the material he used started peeling up exposing the old tub within a week.

We emailed him and asked him to please come out and repair these problems. He scheduled it for the following Thursday. After me and my husband took off work to meet him and show him, he did not show up. We sent another email asking and he said that he would come out the following week at 10am, I showed up at 10:15am and left a note on the door that he left at 10:15am and would be more than happy to reschedule to just let him know. We sent another email to him and he said that July 3rd would work great, and he was appreciative of us with being so patient. This was the last we heard from him and he wouldn't respond to any emails.

After a month went by, we sent another email asking him when he is coming out with no reply. Another month went by with a couple of other emails with no return. I finally sent another email asking him what is going on, and his reply was, well, I came out there and waiting for 45 minutes (which was false) and that covers my one time for free warranty.

His website makes him look great, but when you see the work he does and the lack of professionalism...it makes you wonder. If you google his company name, you will find very negative comments and that he doesn't even have a business name filed and insurance, which he claims he has.

If you are looking to have this done, please think twice about using him.
