not only are they being fined by idaho, but it appears that they are buyers of debt and attorneys. I think this is a federal/state violation. or at least someone with the last names same as the attorneys are running a collection agency, you might want to take this info to your state attnys office. I smell a class action

It appears that this case has been settled and they do, indeed, have a license to collect in Idaho (and Oregon too). Too bad that they weren't uncovered for what they really are. I would love to see a class-action lawsuit against them for illegal business practices.
