So, do not pay both. The original credit card limit $250.00.. 6 years and already charged off and paid over $300.00. up to a made up figure of almost $900.00. P.I admitted it was ridiculous the summons was not signed bu a judge or filed in the correct court, or jurisdiction .

After reading numerous reviewa on this firm , please at least check your correct court, and know how to file and serve a valid summons for a fraudilent write off. Past the legal statute if limitations date, Abd stop purchasing write off to collect dual payments, it is nto legal, not are your interest fees. As a legal advisor, you chose the wrong person to serve a fake summons to .
