Jokers Audio is a huge ripoff. I spent 500 + dollars at this store. I originally bought elf everything, and an amp from them, and had them install it. Not even two days after I had it, my subs stopped working. I took it back and they replaced them saying i had blown them. Then about a week after that my sub starts cutting in and out. I take it back and they charge my 20 dollars to "fix the problem" One week later the problem is back. This has continued for months. I have went to them over eight(8) times. Still the problem has not been fixed.

They gave me replacemtn subs, which turns out to be a non known brand that is NOT as loud as my original subs. Also, the Elf Audio door speakers that I paid for, ended up also being a non known off brand that do no work at all. I have spent well over 500 dollars and nothing in my car works. The last time I went back to Jokers, he told me the installing guy thinks I am "F------" with him. Why would I want to waste my time and money? I will NOT do business with them any more, and I will be sure to tell every one I know exactly what has happened.

Very educated and trustworthy!

Yes I have read a few reviews that were bad, but obviously whoever wrote those reviews have never stepped foot in Jokers Audio. I spent over $11,000 in that store and I will spend more because they treat me fair. My wife also spent money there, so did all my friends and family. Everyone was happy and extremely satisfied with the work. I guess to really experience good service, go there yourself and see the truth. They will take good care of you and all the customers that walk in there! God bless Jokers Audio

I have to say I completly agree with Amburrrito's report. Of course the employees of this place are going to agree. And i'm sorry but with as UNORGANIZED this company is there is NO way they "went through their records" and didn't find anything Amburrrito was saying. NO I do not know "Amburrrito" but I do know someone with a similar story, and I myself have been Ripped off by Joker's Audio. They sell worthless junk. Anyone can take a used amp/sub and spiff it up to look new and jack up the price. The employees are VERY unprofessional, too. I will not ever do business with this company. There are many more Audio shops around here that truly get the job done... Heck even a pawn shop would be better than using Joker's Audio. DO NOT waste your time or money for this company!

I have been to Joker's audio many times! They have never done me wrong, I've taken multiple cars to their store at Dalton and Kennesaw. Amburrrito's report if completely a lie. Jokers audio have a very hard working dedicated team. The man that owns the store is a very intelligent hard working man. I've spoken to him and when you ask him "Can I..." before you even finish, he will tell you yes we can do anything to your car. He knows how to talk to customers, he knows how to treat his workers. They are the only store that can sell the exclusive brand of Elf Audio and my door speakers were not an off brand or anything. The do tests before they give you your car back fine tune it and make sure that it will sound clear as a bell and loud as hell. 

In conclusion, Amburrrito's post should be taken down, it's 2012 and they are doing a better job than any audio store I have ever been to!!

Setting The Record Straight

Just like the REO Speedwagon Hit, The talk is cheap when the story is good, and that is unfortunatley what we are dealing with in this instance.  A fictional story designed to promote any bad press against Joker's Audio.  Records for the month in question were reviewed in depth and no sales matching this description were made or put on layaway.  We at Joker's strive to hold our employees to a very high standard of expectations.  Many former employees that did not meet our standards have found employment with our competitors.  The quality of Elf Audio products is in a standard all by itself.  Of literally hundreds of pieces of equipment that I have sold over tha years, I have only had to replace one component tweeter, and not due to equipment failure, but customer installation.  He pulled the wire off, and replacement was taken care of almost one year after puchase date.



We may not be perfect here, but we try very hard, and our customers will say that we strive very hard to satisfy all who shop here.  Now you may be wondering, why go to this trouble?  Because we at Joker's purchase larger quantities, and also buy direct from the manufacturer, this purchasing power provides items at a lower cost that we can then pass along to the customer.  Our competition simply can't compete with our prices or offer the same level of professionalism on custom installations.  



The opportunity to set the record straight has been greatly appreciated, and we look forward to serving our customers!
