This guy works for this company which is known to rip people off by sending leters of demand to companies for payments. They use all sorts of threats and tactics to scare you. he is a very deceptive person and absolute scum.
Just google his company name and there are pages and pages of his scum tactics being reported.
He will send letters, various sets of emails and even make calls.
