Did the free trial, called and called and emailed for 3 days! No answer or return phone call, did not return my emails. Then a charge shows up on my credit card, and i call and call again, sit on the phone for 1 hour and a half! they pick up, are very rude!, and say well you didn't cancel in time. I explained -forwarded all saved emails asking to cancel, and still nothing. She would not let me talk to anyone else. She was very rude, and here is $80 on my credit card now. She said oh well the voicemail that you left just didn't get recorded, but i can't refund.
