Joseph likes to forge checks. He enjoys swindling people out of their money. He steals food inventory from his employers to make at his home. Joe feels that your money is in fact his money for some reason.
Joe steals checks when your not looking and then takes them to different bank branch locations in an effort to line his pockets and continue his dirt bag lifestyle. He will wine and cry about how he has to take care of his scummy son, Ferris. But don't believe his lines. He is out to swindle you and nothing less.
Joe is also a drunk. He has a breathalyzer machine in his car before he can start it and uses that for an excuse daily. Do not be fooled.
Watch out for this con man and keep your checks, cash and credit cards or anything else that he can steal locked up tight, or it will be gone.
