They asked me to send photos of all sides of case. I did.
Next they asked for copies of receipts, I did.
Finally they asked if I kept some the warranty card they claimed was inside the suitcase that spelled out conditions of the warranty, I dont remember seeing one or discarded it because I had proof of purchase. They denied my warranty claim and refused to repair them wheel.
At this point my feeling is 1. already spent way too munch time on this 2. Joseph Abboud's attitude to keep increasing my difficulty in getting the warranty coverage is intentional and a method of wearing down the public to increase profits by reducing warranty claim expenses.
