Complaint Review: Joseph Frontiera
Joseph Frontiera2156 27th Dr. Internet United States of America
Joseph Frontiera Joe Frontiera Thief Joseph Frontiera Embezzled $150,000 and Destroyed 8 Yr Old Company Internet
We have very clear and documented proof of every transaction, which were being hidden from management to cover up his spending. These funds should have been used to pay vendors and affiliates who have also suffered greatly by Mr. Frontiera's misuse of funds and failure to make proper payments to these key vendors and partners, who have since refused to do business with the company. As a result and ripple effect of his actions, the company we spent 8 years of my life growing and in 2008 was an Inc500 company with revenues of $3.8m dollars is now nearly bankrupt.
In early 2011 I discovered that Mr. Frontiera had a similar past history of fraudulent behavior and financial mismanagement. Two such cases can still be found as public record at the Broward County's Clerk of Court's website or for a direct link to case files go here: www.JoeFrontiera.com
I have direct knowledge that additional criminal cases were prosecuted but have subsequently been sealed so no further information is available.
BEWARE OF THIS CON-MAN AS HE WILL GAIN YOUR TRUST AND ROB YOU BLIND IF GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY!
