This Man ( Joe Manchel ) is full of lies and excuses. It seems he spends more time lying and trying to make excuses for his Con's then working and filling any orders. Joe the list is long of people you've RIPOFF, and you can continue to try and make light of your Art Of Scamming, but the fact is in the End you've burned far to many. I WILL do my best to continue to report for till this moment my company has been Scammed By: JOE MANCHEL, WHOLESALE SIGN BUILDERS, AMAZING SIGN PRICES, JOE THE CHANNEL LETTER GUY, AND WHATEVER OTHER NAME THIS MAN OPERATES UNDER.... Joe, tell more lies?? As long as you believe them I'm guessing its worth your time. You now threaten suit, and believe when I say we invite and welcome any action you chose to take. You will force us to invest the time we would have probably not wasted... We have begun and shall vigorously pursue this matter till the end.

This job is complete and ready to ship, All my customer has to do is pay the balance due, I will be submitting pictures of this completed job, as well as the invoice that show they have a balance due. If there is no payment by 12/21/2012, I will file in small claims for the balance due and post scanned court paperwork showing that we are sueing for a completed project.

We are very late on this project due to misquote on our end. This job was invoiced for several thousand dollars under what was supposed to be quoted/ we quoted for an un illuminated sign, and the customer insists that the top line of copy is to be illuminated. we have offered them there money back several times due to this job costing more to build than they are stating, but the customer states that they would rather wait, because they cant afford to pay another sign company for what we should have actually charged.

I am hoping for the customer to pay there balance due and for them to receive there sign.

My customer has agreed to submit a rebuttal stating that we performed the work(late) but finished with the quality expected.

 We will ship there sign after they approve the pictures, pay there balance and file a rebuttal that our lawyer pre approves before they submit it to Ripoff Report.

Well it's been a little while since I wrote this report. It was a good thing though, I was contacted by another company Burnt by this Fraud Scam Artist. Since writing the original report, I've been contacted by Joe on numerous occasions. He made me new promises, and talked his way into me accepting Less then originally promised. I was put into position to call this 1 (850) 708-7955 so many times to be the Bigger Man in this situation and try and get the sign I ordered ( Only Day's Away from 1 Year Ago ). I've been told my sign was done and going out on a shipment with 4 other order's. He said, " For Shipping Cost Reason's ". Week's later I was given some more BS and told my sign was in the 90% phase, " Wait !!! I Thought it was done and being shipped? " Going back and forth with Joe, on 1 occasion Him and I even got into word's ( which he tried to turn around into I'm gonna to attack him or something )... The Most unprofessional Man in business I've encountered. He says he has my sign ready to ship, and has Not sent me picture's as he said he would to confirm there is really a sign. For the last 5 month's I've been trying to work with Joe M. in hopes of receiving the sign I purchased. Month's ago when he was telling me he was gonna make this Right, and If I'd remove my RipOff report once this was rectified?? well after the last email I received from Joe asking me to pay for the shipping cost on a 1 year half completed ordered I was taken aback. Whatever you do " DON'T do Business with this company ". If there is ANY truth to this being a real sign company? Do your part to make it $$PAY$$ for the way this man has hurt Legit Business People.
