While your site appears interesting upon further inspection and after reading your various disclosures I cannot help to get the impression that you fall under the category of someone looking for a payday. I personally know from experience that the company is genuine in trying to fix problems when they are responsible. Mold and other issues are not as harmful as you suggest. I would encourage you to reconsider your position, get the dollar signs out of your eyes, and work with this company to reach a resolution.
I believe your website potential open you up for a lawsuit.

There will be no lawsuits dumb ***. Read the site. Proving once again happy Ryan Homes owners are incredibly ignorant and barely literate. Why don't you buy some NVR stock too, so you can get royally **** with the rest of them when they go down.

Probably should have just ignored the garbage
AUTHOR: Ryanhomesnightmare.com - (USA)
SUBMITTED: Saturday, December 08, 2012
POSTED: Saturday, December 08, 2012People (who benefit from the Ryan Homes scheme) want to avoid the documentation that's court ready on the site and reach an impulse opinion rather than really study the information. Ryan Homes was legally responsible through criminal negligence according to county building codes, for tens of thousands of dollars damage to my home.
They (Ryan Homes VP. J Winston Read) explicitly refused to help fix it in any way during the warranty period. This led to toxic molds in the HVAC that made the home uninhabitable. These facts, in addition to other ongoing harassment i,e Ryan Homes employees using my site's e-mail to generate spam, and an overt attack on my site to try bury the facts in search engines, may have caused an over-reaction on a personal level.
I well know I've done nothing illegal or wrong in this report. However, in the future I will try to react with a bit more thought to the annoying nonsense that comes with being an outspoken victim of Ryan Homes. I've blocked this person from writing. I would remove the report if possible, but this is the best I can do, other than to promptly file trash in future e-mails, where it belongs, and ignore it.
