Joseph Nicolettes welcome must be wearing thin on LinkedIn. His latest discussion was removed from the Best of Indie Group.  He therefore has no choice but to shamelessly return to this site where I first accused him to post a rebuttal that has not changed the facts that have been presented about him.  He is a liar, a fraud, a con artist and a thief who hides behind old pictures of himself on the Internet.  His credibility has already been lost so he is just wasting time venting his frustration.

My posting warnings to music artist on LinkedIn seem to be putting a dent in his income.  That in itself is a victory!   I will continue with my actions as I do not wish others to fall blindly for your lies as I did.  Wherever I see you post Joseph, I will write something.  I am not going away.  I am your worst nightmare.  I would have been in your best interest to refund my money.  It will only get worse as I do not intend to give up the quest against you and your unholy acts.  You are indeed from your father the devil. 

You do not scare me with your empty threats.  I will go to all lengths to expose you in. I have also written to the Attorney General for the State of California informing her about you.  It is time your operation was closed.

Nicoletti pressured me into writing a letter of recomendation too, so he would have one to use later, in hopes of covering his ass. It's all a part of his scam. Do not believe anything this nefarious creature posts online or tells you on the phone- if you can ever contact him. He seems to work out of his car a lot on his blackberry. Anybody reading all that has been posted about this slick scammer online alreay knows about his bad reputation & triple F rating by Better Business Bureau. He continually tries to defend himself but falls flat everytime- poor Nicoletti! He is nothing but lies!

i have at least 3 letters/e-mails showing abuse by heather cole, using and posting false information to inflame people to complain where there is No Reason to do so!, from day one she has been abusive,foul,misleading and way out of line to be so foul ,false and acting just so crazy,..as well as posting family pictures of Minor children to say the least, by her Strange/odd actions any business chance she ever had is OVER, and she know this,

How can anybody believe that Nicoletti is professional? Except maybe on the scamming level, where he really shines, as usual. Look at any of his postings, and you'll see the intelligence of a child just learning to type on their parents' Blackberry. He doesn't spell or use punctuation correctly, as he speedily rips off his confused thoughts online, like he rips off clients. In fact, when I was first pulled into Nicoletti's spider web, one of the first red flags that went up big time was this exact issue! The con man can't communicate in a professional matter!!! He should be almost embarrassed, as other scammers really have their shit together in that area. They are convincing many times through correct usage of the english language, where Nicoletti always gives himself away immediately! Take a night class Joseph at the community college. Then you can REALLY scam singer/songwriters much better. As for the other & only two clients who believe in you still somehow, I have my own opinions about them, you and fear. We'll leave that for another rebuttal. 

The BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU website gives Nicoletti's

business an F rating which is the worst you can get. It shows an alert in red concerning him.

 Probation search turns up unusual weapon  State law mandates that anyone on formal probation is subject to a search of their person, vehicle and home at anytime without notice or a search warrant. This Wednesday evening at about six oclock, Laguna Beach police and the OC Probation Dept made a probation search at the South Laguna residence of 63-year-old Joseph Nicoletti on Ocean Vista. 

 In the course of the search, authorities found a .22LR pen gun along with 150 rounds of .380 ammunition a larger caliber than the pen gun uses

this person Joined my Service,.  then after 3 days Later of reading a "False" complaint Went totally Ballistic ,Rude, Abusive  & Foul Talk And Threats upon my self ,my business,and my FAMILY !..Really !.. ,, I'm sure you get the picture.she also is using Peoples Names That have No Problem with me at all and using "False" Names I've never met or did any work or business for ?..just ask Bill Madison & Elaine Brewer !..they demanded her to REMOVE the names from her list,.i truly think she has Mental- Anger Problems,, i have an e-mail that says She will go away for $500. and a letter from Bill Madison as well! can you Spell "EXTORTION"  ?..i also have 30 Plus Great ref Letters from Clients and Past Clients that were very Happy with me and how i treated them,!  might be time to call my Attorney !...this is the Internet for you !,...
