I was part of a case on the recieving end of Gary Buhler's inappropriate court room behavior and lack of respect for the rules and law, so after reading this (while researching Gary Buhler for a letter to the bar myself)  I felt I needed to speak on behalf of statements made in the report and rebuttal.

In this case, once again, Gary Buhler failed to follow the rules and file within the appropriate 30 days.  He was informed of this by the judge, and the other attorney moved to have the case dismissed.  Mr.  Buhler then proceeded with (according to the above rebuttal at least) what is not the first railroading of a judge and court proceeding, stating that he would send this case to appeal, thereby causing more cost to those involved for filing fees, etc. but would rather have the judge buckle and hear the case now.  The lack of respect for the rules he agreed to abide by when joining the bar association were very disturbing.  His tactics clearly were to discredit legitimate, ethical business professionals, and made certain to have every one of his witness make clear that his attorney's fees were included in their suit.  His tactic of postponing filing until after the deadline in this case put honest people at a disadvantage in trying to assemble the appropriate experts for testimony.  In addition, most of the important evidence brought forth was never offered to the other party or their attorney.  His approach to practicing law while at the same time disregarding or feeling above it are disturbing, a disservice to his own clients who usually are in a situation where they don't know better or have few options other than his kind of representation, and he seems to have no ethical problem taking cases to court that are worth less than what the judgement is for.  Be prepared, if you see his name ona court docket, for him to be unprepared, unprofessional, and to believe basic rules don't apply to him because he's from "Grantsville".  Yes, Mr Buhler, people do see through your game, and its far past time you were called on it and called to account.

It is my hope that judges will see his pattern and put a stop to his "appeal after the process is over" tactics, at the very least, and require the same behavior and respect for the courtroom that the judges expect from everyone else.

This man came to me begging for help due to the loans he had out on equipment in the pizza shop. We agreed to purchase the equipment at a 45K price tag upon permanent financing of the building we were purchasing that he currently had a lease on. Due to a slow market and lending getting scarce the financing took quite awhile to get completed. Mr. Wisdom was having major financial troubles and was hounding me for anytype of funds that I could give. Then Mr. Wisdom went and filed a lawsuit on me and we went to court and I thought this would be a slam dunk due to the contract in my favor so I represented myself and a judgement was favored to Mr. Wisdom. Well Mr. Wisdom hired a divorce attorney for a real estate and property transaction and started to collect on his judgement, the court ordered a preacipe to collect belongings for an auction. I decided it was time to hire an attorney at this point and after discussing what is going on the attorney has informed me that Gary Buhler the attorney for the plantiff has not filed the correct papers and no idea of what he is doing (Divorce Attorney) and has seized property illegally. On our June 8th court date the judge has finally seen the Gestapo ways of this villian and has ordered an immediate release of all seized assets and is requiring an evidentury hearing. Dont take my word for this crook all court documents are public record and can be viewed for your own judgement.
