I used to write for Goddess magazine and so I paid for a year's worth of copies ($176)
After a few months I asked Juanita Kelly if there was a problem with the magazine and she said she would chase it up and personally send me a copy. This happened twice. Eventually, after no magazines whatsoever arrived I asked for a refund. I was promised this refund (it took a lot of effort to ask for it) and I didn't get it. I asked again, was promised it but didn't get it. This happened about 4 times, each times there was a poor excuse. At one point Juanita Kelly informed me that the reason no magazines had arrived was because I had not paid for international delivery, something which no one else informed me of. More recently she reminded me of that fact in what can only be described as an accusatory manner. She emailed me under various aliases (listed) but used the same address. Eventually she stopped emailing me and so I resorted to Twitter and Facebook to beg for my money. I was told that my 'Where is my money?' posts were defamatory and she scared me with threats of legal action, she also claimed I had terrorised her and made her ill. Yet she didn't tell me when I would be refunded, nor did she make any attempt to refund me. She simply threatened me.
She is not to be trusted.

As you full well know I told the truth. I stopped writing for you as I had no time, I even have the emails to prove so! And I took to the internet because YOU said you would refund me and yet you made up excuses to avoid doing so! You left me no choice. Surprise surprise no court orders have come, you bluffed, like always. Your magazine is shocking, you encourage body snark and I hope that people realise what a fraud and a thief you are! Send me my money! You disgusting human being.

I live in the UK. Their are 12 of us who either receive the magazine digitally or in print. We are all very close friends. I discovered the magazine from one of my friends from the states. I liked it so much I ordered it and so did they. I have been receiving my magazine ON time every month with out any problems. To go online and do what it is you have said you have done is just crazy!!! My friends and I all love our Magazine and as I said before we always get it on time month after month and I have been getting it for 3 years now. I feel sorry for you that you have resorted to doing this to a great magazine. I am going through my old issues and I see here that you wrote for Goddess Magazine. I think there is more to this story than you are telling. If they never sent you your issues couldnt you have been a lady about it instead of trying to ruin a great magazine. Oh well, with out you reading it, and even with you bad mouthing the staff doesnt stop anyone including me and my friends from reading it every month. I just cant wait until its in stores and than we will see how you act than. You are an embarrassment to our country and to me for your behavior. You should have done the right thing and not resorted to social media. That was just nasty and hateful of you and I do hope you one day grow up and learn not to stomp your feet and handle problems professionally. I am glad Goddess Magazine has told you they are seeking legal action against you. You deserve to have to your company and staff put throw what you have said you have done to them. Oh FYI... If you harass people over the internet thats illegal!!! This is no women this is a mad women who is trying to harm a great magazine. Hold your head in shame. You must be very young and immature since you dont know how to handle things properly. I am forwarding this link to my flat mates and friends who get Goddess Magazine just so you can hear just how mean you are sounding. No wonder you dont write for them any longer. I hope the sue you and your company that I see you own or your blog. So sad just so sad.
