Judah will cry a story that he is a successful business man that is down on his luck but is a "good person" and a "man of his word" and a Christian, and will then move into your home with a partial payment and live there for months without paying. He has done this repeatedly for years. Best part, is that he claims to be a past millionaire and states that he has millions in stocks yet he will not pay to keep a stable home over his wife and childrens heads. In each home he lives in, he doesn't even pay for garbage pick up and will simply throw it on the garage floor so he can sit in the garage, smelling the filth that he feels most at home in. This guy is garbage and belongs with it.

He knows all the tricks to prolong eviction and has harmed many people and even caused a few to lose their homes. He write numerous counterfeit checks and is constantly in hiding. He purchases vehicles on promises to pay and never pays. He agrees to take over leases, and never pays. He has no cares for anyone and has lived a life as a con. Furthermore, he hides behind his Attorney sister who evidently doesn't realize that it is important to be ethical and have integrity to hold the position.

Judah Stephen McNeilly goes by a number of names and operates a scam Mortgage business. Judah has left rental homes destroyed by allowing his pets to destroy the homes, stealing light fixtures, doors, door handles, and anything else that is not bolted down. Judah has numerous children who have also been forced to live in hiding and trained never to open a door. This guy is a complete con artist and should never be trusted under any condition. Both Judah and his wife Elizabeth Mcneilly, (also goes by Brazil) have a decade of past evictions, and scams of numerous types. Do not rent to this CON under any circumstance. People like this need to be behind bars to stop their rein of cons and damage they invoke on others.
