Judge Clara Byrd She makes rulings according to how she feels not according to the Law. Lebanon, Tennessee

I was sued by a lady who we repossessed her car. She was over 60 days late. We went to court and just settlled with her Atty and paid on the spot. A Week later my Atty got notice that she was appealing her own settlement. I wasnt worried because it was her settlement. Judge Byrd hear the case. She decided that even though the ladt still owed money on the car she thought the lady had paid enough and that in her opinion she paid the car in full regardless the the contract or the law. The car that was repossessed had to be towed because it was wrecked beyond repair. It was sent to the salvage yard. The judge said the car was worth in her opinion was worth 2500.00. The oringinal selling price was only 4000.00.

Judge Byrd did everything in her opinion. Judge Byrd awared the person all her court costs, the 2500.00 plus she ordered me to pay her interest. She did not go by the Law in any sense. This case should never have been heard. It was over with in Sessions court. She should not be a Judge when she doesnt even know the law!!!
