This so called, Judge, Someone who is suppose to look at the best interest of children and create justice is a joke! She instead is an ignorant person who looks no further than the end of her narrow minded ideas. She is known to be hard and unfair to men but this takes the cake and I am a woman and a single parent. Thank goodness I will never have to be in her court room for anything! Back history... abusive mom, neglects her children, does drugs, alcoholic, sleeps all day and partys all night, abandons children and husband and still ends up with half of everything and the children. Woman then gets into numerous relationships and has unsavory men sleep over, against the decree, with the children in the home. The woman continues behaviors explicitly laid out as unfit and then proceeds to get into a relationship with an individual with a criminal record of abuse and begins to have the man live under the same roof. The dad of the children is beside himself and after many hurdles finally finds an attorney not scared to approach the judge with a modification and order to remove the boyfriend from the home overnight. You won't believe what happens. Judge Kathleen Hamilton, 359th, denies the removal of the convicted man who is living with the woman who already neglects and abuses the children. Proof in hand at the divorce proceedings of the inappropriate behaviors and continuance of them as well as proof this boyfriend was charged, convicted and served time for Assault to a Family Memeber. Please Get This So-Called Judge Out Of Office!! Are you kidding me? The best interest of the children is to have a convict in their home overnight, who has limited visitation with his own children! Wow, Welcome to Montgomery County 359th. Disgrace to Women, you are, Mrs. Hamilton. As a mother, I thank God I will NEVER have to deal with you! Disgrace to the oath that you took to uphold the law and find the best interest to serve justice!

CPS has been called numerous times by different people since before the separation, during and after. They will not do anything! In fact, they call her, the mother, in advance to let her know that they are coming to visit. Not only do they call her, they also visit the children and question them in front of the mother. They also have visited the children at the grandparents because mom has dropped them there for weeks at a time.....it is considered ok they are there for weeks at a time per the CPS agent.
The children have been asking to not return to the home, they say their mother doesn't want them and feel as if they have been abandoned. I know the protocol and have done everything I can and so have several other people. Hopefully this man's new attorney will get the facts out in the open and things will move quickly. Only issue is, all the older evidence has aged!

If what you say is true--then you are under an obligation to report the child abuse. Otherwise, you will be charged with a crime!
Judge Hamilton is a great judge. She can only rule on the facts presented her. If your side isn't presenting their facts, then whose fault is it?

First, Dad could care less about her having a boyfriend....Concerned for his children. As any well sutied parent should be!
Second, The charge was NOT that long ago and he has restricted visitation with his own child. Red Flags there!
Third, I am NOT his wife, girlfriend or otherwise. I am a concerned bystandered. And to you, family attorney....I am not crazy!!! You don't even know me!
Fourth, Every GREAT judge has a moment of ignorance as you did by writing what you did!!!!
Fifth, Until you know all the facts.....Like her drinking, smoking and partying all night and leaving her children with random strangers.......Drinking and smoking in front of them continuously......Random men coming in and out of the home at all times of the day when she has a so called BF then you really shouldn't open your mouth!!! Also, maybe you just don't care that there are random men popping in and out of the home or that she goes to hotels with different men on a regular basis for a few hours at a time. Maybe you don't care that she yells and hits her children where it leaves marks and bruises not only physically but mentally!!!! Maybe you don't care that she sleeps all day and leaves the two children to fend for themselves. So You may want to A) Know all the facts or B) Just stay quiet!!!
And last but not least.......Pretty much everything you said is typical of an attorney that would be pro female!!!! God help the person that gets you for an attorney! You pass judgment before even knowing the facts of the case.....Heck, you passed judgment on me and you don't even know me! You and the Judge are two peas in a pod!

Seriously, I doubt the facts are as this report wrote them. It's likely that the "assault of a family member" that the boyfriend was charged of was probably 100 years ago. My own mother was convicted of assault, when she protected her son from an attacker!
Back to crazy woman that wrote the article. Hmmm... I bet she's the dad's girlfriend or wife. Of course she will side with her man and call the her man's ex a nut job, an abuser, etc. As a family law attorney, I see this garbage all the time. Judge Hamilton is one of the best judges in Montgomery County. I know that for a fact.
