I mailed an order to Deer Creek Products on Jan. 24, 2003, and paid by check for merchandise. Never got the merchandise but my check was cashed. No answer from customer service but they will still answer the phone to take orders. I didn't receive any product. I tried to call them but I would be put on hold for 35 mim and ever time I call. I have call about 3 or 4 times a week and no answer.
