RE: Overcharge, mislead & fraudulent practices and invoices.
Management won't answer letters, e mails, etc., of irregularities in their invoices. Wanted to make partial on the telephone because they've overcharge my account.., press partial payment on the telephone.., the system charge he whole amount.
