I completely agree with the other poor reviews that this company is getting.  Our experience was terrible. We're still waiting for our refund and I'll be shocked if we actually ever receive it.  In short, they only offered us a partial refund even though they openly admitted that the jumper was defective from the start, and that they completely ruined our party.  Which they did.  

Worse, whoever you talk to on the phone, brushes you off to someone else and you never can get to the actual 'owner' who is the 'only person who could authorize a refund.'  No one else can do anything.  "I only take orders" is all I heard until finally someone contacted me and tried to tell me what they were going to do for us, which was completely unacceptable. 

Here's what happened.  They promise that their jumpers are in 'like new' condition.  It's on their voice recording.  Call them up and listen to what they say, and you'll see what I mean.  But this is an all out 'untruth.'  Ours was delivered with a huge hole, that was covered up with a flap of plastic so it was not apparent without careful inspection.  It was well hidden, in other words.  

Moreover, it was 'repaired' by duct tape.  I mean, really?!!  A water slide that is duct taped?  What happens when duct tape gets wet?  It doesn't stick anymore.  And that's what happened.  Once we started using it, it began to deflate from above, which was dangerous for the kids, being 22 feet above the ground.  Also, there were sharp pieces of plastic jutting out from the ladder going up and two kids cut their hands, literally drawing blood.  This is true! 

It seems to me, a professional company that cares about their clientele, most of whom are children, would at least take the time to inspect their products, jumpers in this case, to assure that they truly are like new, as they claim.  Someone can get seriously injured.  I repeat, we're talking about children!

By the time the driver came back to try to remedy the situation, he recognized by the size of the hole, that it was useless.  It was unfixable!  Moreover, there was no way to bring a replacement.  It would have been night by the time he returned.  End result:  We got screwed and our party was wrecked.  Had a lot of money and preparation in the event as well, and a lot of disappointed kids.  Especially our son and daughter who were looking forward to an awesome double birthday party.  Ruined!

I wish that was the worst of it.  It got actually got worse though.  Dealing with these clowns was an aggravating experience, to say the least.  They had the audacity to tell me they would not give me a refund but they would refund me 50% off of my NEXT rental.  Can you believe it?  Like I would RISK ever renting anything from these guys again!  They are full of sh(*&%%t!!  As it turned out, after many phone calls, I finally got them to agree to send me $130 back.  The total cost was $275 -- Cash, on the spot!  Guess what.  I'm still waiting to receive my $130! It's been nearly a month.  

I am SO tempted to take them to small claims court, and I still might do that, just for the principal. People should NOT be able to get away with such incompetence, unprofessionalism and downright dishonest business practices.  

DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS!!  You're asking for trouble.  A lot goes into a party and the last thing you need is to risk a fiasco like this, to ruin all your hard planning and to wreck your event.
