Search TipsSpecifics... Juniper sent us a statement on which there was a mis-posted payment that someone else sent in(their error). As a result, our minimum payment due amount changed. Not noticing this, we sent the amount as billed(our error). Juniper calls us after the next statement is sent saying that we are past due & they need an immediate payment. At the same time, they have charged us a late fee and refuse to take it off. End result, 2 unhappy customers & Juniper loses business. Not that they care, but again, get some people skills.
#2 UPDATE Employee
Juniper Bank does process payments within the appropriate time frames

Also in stating that the payments are always received one day after the due date and still getting a fee is completely false because Juniper Bank gives you a one day grace on your payment, therefore your payment would have to be AT LEAST 2 days late to get a fee.
I know this because I have made pymts online 1 day late and when asked if would get a fee i was advised of the one day grace.
