On 09/10/11 Just Answers charged my VISA card $30 for nothing. I never registered with this company, never authorized a charge, and never asked a question.

These people seem high on your ripoff list. They deserve to be. I'm disputing the charge... as it seems that simply asking for a credit doesn't work.
