I brought my car for an oil change and they stripped the thread on the oil pan so bad that the plug won't stay in at all. They claim that the oil pan was already bad but if it was so bad to the point that the plug won't stay it would have been leaking oil and it was not. Then Steve (manager) said they couldn't do anything about it and we would have to have the car towed to a repair shop!. My husband and I pushed the car to park it because Steve said it was going to be a while before they could park it because they were all very busy and we didn't feel like spending our Saturday afternoon waiting until Steve felt like doing his job. Then we went inside to talk to him and he had printed a receipt which he wanted us to sign stating that "we agree that just brakes is was not responsible for the damages done to the car"..really?? when we refused to sign, he got very disrespectful and rude to the point that Mike, one of the mechanics, had to step in to try to help but Steve would not listen to him either. Mike was very friendly and polite but unfortunatelly there was not much he could do...so Steve refused to help us as he walked out of the shop and left us standing there. As we were leaving there was another customer also having issues with break job he had done there that was also bad and Steve was just as rude to them so the customer was just as upset at him as we were. I have already contacted their market director and waiting for a resolution but that does not fix the problem that my husband has now, left without a car to drive to work because they messed up. Don't go there!!!
