Took my honda in to get their "special $99 brake service" and what i got was anything but service.There manager named Greg was very rude and had a sells pitch right from the start. If u questioned any of his repairs he quickly cut u off and became rude and hostile .I ended up paying $350 dollars and left with a broken left strut.Took back the very next morning right when they opened and before i even told him what was wrong with it he began the sells pitch and magically new what was wrong with it before i even mentioned the problem. He told me that my strut broke when it was lifted and that that was typical to cars that were pass due service checks .Witch is a little strange when i just had it serviced less then a month ago. He told me it wasnt their problem and that hed fix it for an additional $600 .Soon as i tried to question why i should be the one to pay for their mistake before i could even finish the sentence i was cut off and screamed at infront of many people and couldnt believe this could be coming from the store manager this place is a major con and am not going to let it go!!!! Greg SHOULD BE FIRED
