Just Brakes caused damage to rotors after turning them Houston Texas

 I took my 2012 Nissan Rogue to the Just Brakes at FM 1960 and Perry Road for their $99.88 brake special on December4,2013.  They machined the rotors so severe that it caused major warping and runout.  I took my Rogue back to this Just Brakes on February 13,2014 and was told that the calipers had so much pressure that it caused the rotors to get excessively hot.  That all four calipers needed to be rebuilt.

I spoke with the dealership where I purchased my Rogue to see of the calipers were covered under warranty. They were.  I did not inform Just Brakes that I was taking my vehilce to the dealership - not any of their business.

After the dealership tech inspected the brakes, it was discovered all all for rotors were improperly machined causing warping and runout.  There was no way to turn the rotors enough to get the smooth surface and stay within safety recommnendations.  Based upon the fact that Just Brakes lied about needed to rebuild the calipers and the damage they caused to the rotors - i choose to have the dealership repair the damage done by Just Brakes.  Needless to say the calipers, yes all four of them, where working perfectly.  Surprised!

I will never recoomend any Just Brakes facility, expecially the FM 1960 and Perry Road one and strongly suggest that the entire company be boycotted.
