DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO JUSTBRAKES. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF EVERYTIME YOU BRING IN YOUR CAR. I BROUGHT MY CAR INTO THEM FOR NEW BRAKES AND THEY QUOTED ME A PRICE THAT WAS ACCEPTABLE THEN THEY CHARGED ME MORE FOR SERVICES THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE TO DO. I KNOW THIS BECAUSE I BROUGHT IT TO THE DEALERSHIP AFTER THEY DID THE WORK ON THE CAR AND THEY HAD CONFIRMED THAT THE PARTS THEY CHARGED ME FOR WERE NOT NECESSARY. THEN I BROUGHT IT IN AGAIN BECAUSE IT WAS UNDER A WARRENTY WITH JUST BRAKES BECAUSE THE BRAKES THEY PUT IN WERE NOT WORKING- AND NOTHING WAS COVERED! SO I PAID THEM OVER $400.00 TO FIX THE CALIBERS, ROOTERS, AND BRAKES AND REPLACE THE BRAKE FLUID- AND AGAIN IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE COVERED UNDER WARRENTY AND THEY SAID OH NO IT WAS NOT AND THE OTHER MANAGER THAT TOLD YOU IT WAS WAS WRONG! SO NOW I HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER $200.00 FOR PARTS AND LABOR THAT WAS COVERED. THESE BRAKES AND PARTS HAVE BEEN REPLACE 3 TIMES UNDER 60k JUSTBRAKES RIP OFF TACTICS. SO REMEMBER DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THEM- THEY SUCK YOU IN AND TAKE YOUR MONEY EACH TIME AND DONT GIVE A $##@@^. I ASKED THE MANAGER TO HELP ME- RON LEGION AND ALSO THE GENERAL MANAGER ERIC GOMEZ, BOTH DID NOT- JUST CHARGED ME THE MONEY AGAIN AND SAID THAT IS THE WAY IT IS! AGAIN DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR OR TRUCK TO JUSTBRAKES THEY ARE A RIP OFF! MARCH 17 2011. A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER! PERRY CLOUD THE CEO SAYS HE CARES ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS, AND WANTS TO GIVE 100% SATISFACTION BUT HE DOESNT IF HE USES THESE TACTICS TO GET MORE MONEY INTO HIS POCKETS OFF THE WORKING CLASS.
