I purchased the hosting plan on the tenth of July. I purchased the search tool for fifty dollars and that was the only extra feature I purchased. When I purchased the extra feature, it was not clearly stated that it was non-refundable.

I never used the service and I requested a refund to cancel my account. When I tried to call on the phone, they kept telling me I had to use my email to obtain billing support. My emails we're not answered properly. I kept asking what my refund amount would be and they we're ignoring my request.

Eventually I was transferred through a link for a cancellation process. After I went through the process, it stated I would be getting back 0 dollars. O dollars? Seriously? I spent 77 dollars with you and didn't use ANY of your services and i am getting back 0 dollars?

When I called the company back i asked to speak with the manager (btw, every man i talked to was named Mike and every woman was Lucy. Funny being that they were obviously from some other country. When i commented on this, the mans name changed to "travis") "Lucy" told me I was not entitled to a refund and there was no one above her I could speak to. She then proceeded to be VERY rude and HUNG UP on me.

I was planning on using this company again in the VERY near future for numerous projects, but due to their EXTREME rudeness, terrible billing support, dishonest practices and unhelpful behavior I, nor any of my clients will be using this host.

So, please remember these things when signing up for any justhost service:
1: They have terrible support. If your want proper support, you have to purchase it. Even then, you won"t be speaking with someone who speaks english fluently.

2. If you even try to get a refund, they subtract 20 dollars (which is non-refundable) leaving you with the $7.95. I was not even qualified for that. Why? I don't know, the are ignoring that question in email support.

3. They do not even have honest identities. They lie about their names. That right there should tell you they are shady.

Refunded after threatening small claims court

I emailed billing support one more time to tell them that they ad one more opportunity to refund the full amount or else I was taking them to small claims court. They responded that they we're refunding the money out of "good will" and asked that I remove the negative account on rip-off-report. I won't be doing that.
