I was looking for a loan online that would consolidate my credit card debts, and I came across Just In Time Loans, Lisa Brandon was the contact person. I entered my contact information in the requested contact us. She returned my request. She emailed me the loan application. I filled out the loan application. After I filled out the application, I emailed it back to her. I was approved for the loan. She said I have to follow their procedure and pass some deposit tests. She asked me to monegram 785.00 to her which she provided me a receipt for the payment as prepaid finance charge. In pursuance of the Good Faith Estimates. The second request was for 1485.00 moneygram to Kevin Sammy Nelson in San Francisco. I also received a receipt for it as well.  She made a deposit into my Savings account for 4800 and ask me to wire the money to:

Bank Name: CapitalOne 360

Account Holder Name: Craig S. Clarke

Account #xxxx5737

Routing #xxxxx110

Bank address: 65 11th Ave Brooklyn, NY 11219

House Address: Brooklyn, NY 11221

Phone: 646-457-4286

By the way, this was from a Wells Fargo account from someone. The bank was trying to take the money back but there is no money for them to take back. I had to close my bank account.  I didn't know about this until I have ended the crazy loan process.

After this, she asked me to provide her the credit card login information for her to pay 9500.00 to my AMEX account.  After she submitted the payment, she asked me to purchase some macbooks and iphones to ship to Craig Clarke as the final verification.

To the final closing, she submitted a payoff to my CapitalOne credit card.  However, she asked me to pay 4500.00 for a refundable deposit and 2000.00 for the loan origination.  At this point, I refuse to do anyting else and ended the loan process.  She accusing me of breach of contract.  I asked her how is it a breach of contract when the loan is not yet closed.

I found out in January the 9500 she made the payment never went through, and I am stuck with the 9500 on top my my debt which went above my credit limit leaving in a bigger mess.

I enter my contact information.  She returned my request.  She emailed me the loan application. I filled out the loan application. After I fill out the application, I emailed it back to her.  I was approved for 100K.  She said I have to do some deposit test.
