SEO Reputation Management at its best!

I wanted a question answered, received no answer, tried to obtain a refund in the amount of $16.  Company charged credit card $17.  Wrote e-mail to their support site. Still no answer.  Notified credit card company.  Could not find this company listed in the BBB as advertized
