I thought I was buying a monthly subscription for computer cloud storage and they charged me $166.85 on my debit card, triggering a hold on my T.D. Bank account who then charged me $14 overdraft fees on my account on a pending transaction.
This blew up my entire account with the bank, whom I might add I am filing a ripoff report on also.
Just cloud even sent me a letter apologizing for the error and indicating that the charge was removed that day, however the charge remained on my account for 7 days causing me untold amounts of grief.
This company should be facing a class action case for all the times it has done this to people.
