But, the issues involve, the ones that were most irritating involve the length and content of the presentation and the method of receipt and actual receipt of the promotion gifts.
We had changed $125 in restaurant gift cards, a 1 person Jet Ski and a case of Choc Mac Nut Canides to a 2 person Kuoloa Ranch 2 Tour prior to the "presentation". I specifically confirmed with Rick that our change was good, we would get our $40 good faith deposit for attendance back and the case of Candies. Rick said we could pick up this at the Activity Center Desk on the first floor........
Hopefully, Justdreams will resolve the promotion gift situation and I can write a nice comment about this aspect of the "Vacation Preview".
The presentation itself was quite good, although the $ and reward $ and "Actual cost of hotels" and "RETAIL" prices quoted over and over were quite confusing, let alone unbelievable.
