Service,After the telephone conversation that I had with your Customer Service department...concerning the flower order below....after the 5 day....at least 5 of the roses were dead ...the others looking close to death.....The response that I received is that they will give me a $7.00 coupon to compensate for the $ 64.23 purchase of these flowers is outrageous......The embarrassment that I had after giving these roses to my wife for our anniversary and to have friends comment about the state of these flowers...is just plain EMBARRASSING.....attached to this email a photo of these flowers......If I don't receive a replacement for these flowers the attached photo will be posted to FACEBOOK and ALL the other sites available to me ....showing the product received and what you wanted to give me $ 7.00 coupon to compensate .....will be all over the Internet......

I am a retail florist in Barry's Bay, On, Canada. I have had many dealings with Just Flowers, Los Angelas, Ca, 90025. All of them bad!
This company is a website and does not have a retail floral store. When you place your order on-line you are being hit with product prices and then a Just Flowers service fee which is hefty. Just Flowers never forwards all the money they collect, we in the profession call it SHORTING AN ORDER.
When it takes such little time to google your home town florist you will talk to a florist directly and they will tell you what product is avaliable in there shop. You will establish and become a customer and garunteed will get much better service and product.
